Cesc Llinares és un fotògraf i director creatiu establert a Barcelona.

Fotògraf d’herència i dissenyador gràfic de formació, va créixer envoltat de l’obra del seu avi, el fotògraf Ramon Llinares, i va aprendre d’ell el mitjà analògic. Els estudis en disseny gràfic li van aportar eines per observar, crear i utilitzar imatges. La combinació d’aquestes disciplines, juntament amb l’experiència en estudis, agències i departaments creatius, l’ha portat a desenvolupar un perfil híbrid que combina direcció creativa i fotografia.

Divideix la seva activitat entre projectes comercials i la seva pràctica personal, explorant la combinació entre rigor documental i narració visual.

Cesc Llinares is a photographer and creative director based in Barcelona.

Photographer by heritage and graphic designer by training, he grew up surrounded by the work of his grandfather, photographer Ramon Llinares, from whom he learned analog techniques. His studies in graphic design provided him with tools to observe, create, and use images. The combination of these disciplines, together with his experience in studios, agencies, and in-house creative departments, has led him to develop a hybrid profile spanning creative direction and photography.

He divides his work between commercial projects and his personal practice, exploring the combination of documentary rigor and visual storytelling.
